If you are planning on running the 5K race, Week 12 looks like this:

  • Monday – walk
  • Tuesday – 3 mile run
  • Wednesday – rest
  • Thursday -2 mile run
  • Friday – rest
  • Saturday – rest
  • Sunday Race Day 5K

If you are planning on running the 5K race, Week 11 looks like this:

  • Monday – walk

  • Wednesday – walk

  • Friday – rest
  • Saturday – 3 mile run
  • Sunday 60 minute walk
