Goody bags are what we always received as kids at birthday parties. Kids collect bags of candy for Halloween. Conferences have a bag that is given to collect show materials. Why not bags for running races? In fact, I think I have about 10 bags collected from various events. Every race needs a T-shirt to commemorate the event. I have even seen quilts made from someone’s accumulated history of road races. The Lodi Mother’s Day Run is no exception. Working with local promotion company, Creative Marketing Specialists and account executive Tracy Sachtjen, we have a special Dri-fit shirt for the half marathon and a cotton shirt for the shorter race.
