Kory Ryan owner of the Lodi-based KR Fitness Systems and the new CrossFit Farmland in Waunakee, is running a new series of training focused on teaching participants better running techniques. Still time to take part, especially if you are planning to register for the Lodi Mother’s Day run.
During this video from Week 2, he reminds you to continually work on your ball of foot and pose run drills. This week we focus on a warm-up that is specific for runners. We will utilize the front plank position with many of these movements. This warm-up should be done before every train, as it establishes postural activity and dynamically moves the hips.
