Final Sign for Athletes at Lodi Mother's Day Run
This is it – all this training for a purpose!
If you are planning on running the 5K race, Week 12 looks like this:
- Monday – walk
- Tuesday – 3 mile run
- Wednesday – rest
- Thursday -2 mile run
- Friday – rest
- Saturday – rest
- Sunday Race Day 5K
Total mileage = 8.1 miles
