Training Regime for Lodi Mother’s Day Run

The Lodi Optimist’s Mother’s Day Run is on May 12th, 2012 and those of you planning to run the 5K or 10K should plan on getting started while those who are taking on the challenge of the Half Marathon should have a solid base of running days behind them.

- Monday – walk
- Tuesday – 3 mile run
- Wednesday – rest
- Thursday -2 mile run
- Friday – rest
- Saturday – rest
- Sunday Race Day 5K
Total mileage = 8.1 miles

- Sunday 60 minute walk
